Invisalign is a teeth-straightening system that uses clear braces that are personalized for each patient’s mouth using 3D computer-imaging technology. They’re a clear, less intrusive alternative to traditional metal braces.
Invisalign® works two weeks at a time, as a new mold is made for your teeth to slowly shift teeth into their proper places. Once teeth reach their intended shift in alignment, a new set of aligners is created and used. The process is repeated until patients achieve their desired look. On average, Invisalign® takes about a year, but it can take more or less time depending on the individual’s mouth.
