20 Finch Dental is a fee-for-service practice. Following every visit with us, payment will be required before leaving, unless a prearranged settlement was made. We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. If you have dental insurance, you will be required to pay the deductible and/or the portion that is not covered during your visit. Whether insured or not, all of our patients are fully responsible for all incurred fees.
20 Finch Dental accepts dental insurance benefit plans. Upon completion of your dental treatment, we will submit your bill to your insurance provider and you will be charged for the balance that is not covered (if any). Some insurance carriers will require you to pay in full at the time of your visit and will reimburse you. If this is the case, we will be happy to submit your claim for you to ensure you receive your reimbursement promptly.
Cancellation and missed appointment policy
20 Finch Dental requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided your account will be charged.
Missed appointment fees are billed as follows:
1ST missed appointment – $50.00
2ND missed appointment – $75.00
3RD missed appointment – $100.00
The team at 20 Finch Dental is committed to infection control. All staff are required to follow stringent infection control procedures and abide by specific health and safety standards. Our priority is ensuring your health and your trust. All equipment and tools are sterilized using an autoclave and all other surfaces are disinfected using chemical disinfectant.
