We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have an emergency, every attempt will be made to see you immediately.

FIRST VISIT

The team at 20 Finch Dental would like to welcome you to our family dental practice, where professional care and your comfort is our number one priority. We are committed to providing each patient with advanced dental care based on an individual basis.

What to bring

On your first, we ask you bring your dental insurance information. You will be asked to fill out a new patient form upon your arrival, so be sure to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself the time to fill out this information. We encourage our patients to build long-lasting relationships with our team to ensure a lifetime of good dental health.

You may also want to write down any questions or concerns you have regarding your dental health and bring this list with you. This will help to ensure all your concerns are addressed.

What to expect

During your first visit, we will review your complete dental and medical history and review your dental x-rays. Following a thorough exam, which may include taking new x-rays, we will discuss the results and discuss the treatment options available to you. Our mission is to ensure our patients are informed about their dental health.

FINANCIAL POLICY

20 Finch Dental is a fee-for-service practice. Following every visit with us, payment will be required before leaving, unless a prearranged settlement was made. We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa and MasterCard. If you have dental insurance, you will be required to pay the deductible and/or the portion that is not covered during your visit. Please call our office at (416) 225-5544 if you have any questions or concerns.

Whether insured or not, all of our patients are fully responsible for all incurred fees.

INSURANCE

20 Finch Dental accepts dental insurance benefit plans. Upon completion of your dental treatment, we will submit your bill to your insurance provider and you will be charged for the balance that is not covered (if any). Some insurance carriers will require you to pay in full at the time of your visit and will reimburse you. If this is the case, we will be happy to submit your claim for you to ensure you receive your reimbursement promptly.

INFECTION CONTROL

The team at 20 Finch Dental is committed to infection control. All staff are required to follow stringent infection control procedures and abide by specific health and safety standards. Our priority is ensuring your health and your trust. All equipment and tools are sterilized using an autoclave and all other surfaces are disinfected using chemical disinfectant. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the health and safety of our patients, please feel free to speak with one of the staff. The more you know, the better equipped you are to make valuable decisions about your oral health.
